I can't get an OpenAI API key (restricted country)

OpenAI isn't available in every country. If you're in a restricted country, or can't get your own OpenAI API key for another reason, we have an option for you to pay to use our API instead. Contact us through the chat and we'll explain the options.

I can't log in to GPTDash

Most login problems are fixed in a minute with these steps. 1. Use the right page: gptdash.com/member/login. Bookmark it for next time. 2. Use the email address you bought GPTDash with (or your username). 3. Forgot your password? Click Forgot password? on the login page, or go straight to gptdash.com/member/login?sendpass. Enter your email and follow the link we send you. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder. 4. Still not working? Try a different browser, or a private/incognito window. Still stuck? Reply in the chat with the email address you used to buy GPTDash and what happens when you try to log in, and a team member will check your account.
