What is GPTDash?

GPTDash is a web-based dashboard for creating marketing content with AI. Instead of writing prompts yourself, you fill in a few blanks and click a button, and GPTDash handles the rest behind the scenes. You can use it to create: - Emails: promotional, educational, announcements and full autoresponder series - Social media posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X - Product reviews: short or long, for digital or physical products - Sales copy: sales letters, headlines, calls to action and guarantees - Video scripts for YouTube, TikTok, Shorts, Facebook ads and more - Research: brainstorming, niche and audience ideas, business ideas and plans - Images generated by AI It works in all major languages. GPTDash was built by Eric Holmlund and Ryan Greene for marketers, entrepreneurs, freelancers and agencies, and we use it in our own businesses.

Do I need to install anything? Does it work on Mac and PC?

There's nothing to install. GPTDash is web-based, so you just log in from your browser on any computer, whether that's a Mac or a Windows PC. Where do I log in? Go to gptdash.com/member/login. If you can't log in, contact us through the chat on this page and we'll sort it out.

How do I connect my OpenAI API key?

GPTDash uses an API key from your own OpenAI account (OpenAI is the company behind ChatGPT). If you've ever used ChatGPT, you already have an account. 1. Create your API key at OpenAI 1. Go to platform.openai.com and log in with your OpenAI/ChatGPT account. 2. Open API keys and click Create new secret key. 3. Give it a name like GPTDash and copy the key. OpenAI only shows it once. 4. Make sure your OpenAI account has billing set up. OpenAI charges for API usage separately from a ChatGPT subscription. 2. Add it to GPTDash 1. Log in to GPTDash. 2. Open the OpenAI API key page. 3. Paste your key and save it. Keep your key private Your API key is like a password to your OpenAI account. Never paste it into a chat, email or support ticket, including ours. What are the 100 free GPTDash credits?

Every new account includes 100 GPTDash credits on our own API, so you can log in and try the dashboard straight away, before you connect your own OpenAI API key. That's enough for about 100 writing tasks. Once they're used up, connect your OpenAI API key to keep going (see How do I connect my OpenAI API key?).

How to contact support

Used to opening a support ticket? Starting a chat works the same way: your conversation is your ticket. It's kept, numbered, and answered by our team. Start a conversation 1. Click the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of this page, or the Contact support button at the top. 2. Type your question and send it. 3. Our assistant replies right away. It can answer many questions on the spot and point you to the right article. 4. If you need a person, the assistant passes your conversation to our team. A team member replies in the same conversation, typically within 3 business days. Get notified by email (recommended) Right after your first message, the chat shows Get notified by email. Enter your email address there, and: - our replies are also sent to your email, with your conversation number in the subject (for example [#123]); - you can reply to that email directly, and your reply goes straight into the same conversation. You don't need to keep the page open or wait in the chat. Coming back to your conversation - Reply to any email we've sent you about it, or - open the chat bubble again on the same device and browser: your conversation is still there. Before you send - Please never share passwords, API keys or card numbers in a message. We'll never ask for them. - Include the email address you bought with if your question is about an order or account access.
